Kelsey Robb is a dynamic community leader and events strategist with a passion for inclusive growth, creativity, and connection. With experience at Google and TikTok, she has built impactful programs that bridge diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives with creator and community partnerships.

Currently a Global Program Manager at Google, Kelsey specializes in creative strategy, events, and experiences, shaping engaging programs that bring people together. Previously, she led Creator & Community Partnerships at TikTok, working with news, activism, and education creators to amplify meaningful voices.

Beyond the corporate world, Kelsey is an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University Management School, mentoring future leaders through the LUMS Leader in Residence program.
