Sarah Masterton-Brown is an experienced community strategist with over five years of expertise in building and executing strategies that drive business outcomes and financial success. Sarah specializes in launching and managing customer communities across industries, designed to enhance customer self-service, increase product adoption, and boost ROI and satisfaction.

Currently, as part of Mews, a Series C-funded hospitality SaaS company, Sarah has been instrumental in the successful integration of a partnership with Gainsight, leveraging its full product suite to elevate the customer journey. Under her leadership, Mews’ community project reached 1,000 members in just seven months, from platform engagement to full integration into Mews’ operations.

Previously, Sarah played a pivotal role at Unily, where she helped build the award-winning ‘Universe’ customer support platform, recognized at the Digital Impact Awards 2021. She also developed and launched a comprehensive product training program and led global marketing communities at Unilever, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.
