Alla Zhdan is a seasoned community strategist with over a decade of experience building and nurturing communities across both tech and non-tech spaces. Currently serving as Community Development Lead at Women in Machine Learning & Data Science (WiMLDS), she creates inclusive environments where knowledge-sharing, visibility, and collaboration thrive—especially for women in ML, AI, and Data Science.

Alla is also the founder of The Community Media, a platform supporting community professionals through curated resources, mentorship, and storytelling from across 40+ European countries. Her work bridges strategy, content, and operations, with a strong focus on impact-driven, data-informed community building.
