Paula’s community-building passion sparked in 2006 when she moved to Paris and created a thriving network for families settling in the city that didn’t speak French.

In 2022, Paula founded CONEXEN (Connect – Exchange – Engage), which has evolved from a Cambridge-based community into a powerful ecosystem activator working across Cambridge, Oxford and London (and soon heading to the North). CONEXEN transforms how people connect in life sciences and biopharma, creating environments where genuine relationships flourish and turning networking fatigue into breakthrough moments.
