Andrea Dos Anjos is a community strategist and facilitator with over a decade of experience leading multi-stakeholder, purpose-driven initiatives across Latin America and Europe. A Venezuelan migrant herself, Andrea builds inclusive networks and supports grassroots movements—amplifying the voices of migrants, women, and rural communities through storytelling, collaboration, and systems change.

She has co-founded organizations, led community campaigns, designed strategies for social enterprises, and facilitated conversations that move people from insight to action. Her work is rooted in social justice, feminism, and anti-oppression values, and she thrives at the intersection of community building, facilitation, and collective impact.

From supporting refugee-led storytelling events in the UK to training local leaders in Spain, Andrea is committed to making change happen—thoughtfully, powerfully, and together.
