Her career began with 7 years in tech sales at companies like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Miro, before she co-founded The D2 Collective in 2022—a value-driven community for tech professionals that has grown to over 5,000 members across top global companies.

Beyond her work in community-led growth, Erica is a published author of three books, producer of four podcasts, and a frequent speaker on topics like the Future of Work, Belonging, and Wellbeing in the Workplace. She’s even taken the TEDx stage to share her insights.
