Previously, Kateryna led global programs at Genesis, one of Ukraine’s largest IT holdings, where she developed an ecosystem of 12 professional communities with 1,500+ members. She also managed the international Startup Academy for tech startups from 19 countries and coordinated partnerships with companies like Meta, AWS, and global investment funds.

She is a sought-after community strategist, speaker, mentor, and trainer, with expertise spanning the business sector, tech, education, and investment. Kateryna was also a partner of the WTech chapter in Warsaw, where she organized events for women focused on business growth and leadership.
