Ruthie is a results-driven, people-oriented marketing & community leader with over 13 years of cross-functional experience, largely in B2B SaaS, building and scaling teams & programs from 0 to 1, and driving 3X community growth and engagement. Ruthie studied Communications & Psychology at Tel Aviv University, then spent the majority of her career driving growth from series A through F at upstart tech companies.

 

She is currently the Director of Community at Grow Therapy, a mental health platform & marketplace for accessible care. Her team focuses on the engagement, retention, and elevation of their 17K+ providers through online community, programming, virtual & in-person events, and clinical enrichment opportunities.

 

Professionally, Ruthie is known for being a ‘capital C’ Community builder, collaborator, and dot connector. Outside of Grow, Ruthie spends her time leading the NY Chapter for global non-profit Women In Innovation:WIN, as the Director of NY Chapter for community professional network Led by Community, and as a local captain facilitating meetups for the old girls club.

 

Ruthie is on a mission to empower and inspire community-led growth across mission-driven businesses and organizations, with a particular focus on mental health & women oriented spaces, leveraging her expertise in community management, growth marketing, and branding. Other than that, she loves to chat about all things community, fantasy fiction books, reformer pilates, broadway shows, and foodie spots around the city.
